Driven by urgency and compassion, the journey of Malou Perez began in 2018 after learning about a Bacolod City pound where pets were being euthanized changed her life forever.
This pivotal moment led to Perez founding Pawssion Project, a non-profit organization with a mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome stray animals. Since then, Perez’s efforts have brought hope to countless mistreated and neglected animals all over the Philippines.
Pawssion Project’s purpose is simple yet sincere: to give a second chance at life to animals that cannot speak for themselves.
